Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Processing time includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. Processing times do not include transit time.
During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated when possible.
Shipping Method & Transit Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout. Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
