Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are personal care items and are made in small batches, all sales are final.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on soap or other personal care products once they have been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the incorrect item

  • Your order was lost in transit

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Personal preference (including texture, appearance, or performance)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Items reported after the 7-day window

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
